Description

There were some modifiers introduced, that can influence the outcome of an install/update:

RUDDER_NO_SUDOERS_EDIT as of 4.1.0~beta2 (via #10001)

RUDDER_NO_TECHNIQUE_AUTOCOMMIT as of 2.11.19, 3.0.14, 3.1.8 and 3.2.1 (via #7222)

If would be recommended to mention them in the documentation.
