Parameters description won't show up in 4.1

Description
In 4.1, when going on the Parameters page, we get a timeout and an error 502 in theJS console, and it's not possible to see their details: clicking on the arrow doesn't do anything

Actually, it seems to be exactly the same problem than in #10174. Raphaël, would you mind taking a look to it?
