Improve management of rights and other metadata of node properties

Description
In the node properties tab, we should not be allowed to remove properties from data sources, but currently we can. The "rights" value of a property does not seem to be stored.

- rights and provider are not properly serialized into ldap
- rights is not correctly used to prevent display of delete action
- Json is not correctly displayed in node properties
