Button are not correctly aligned compared to tables in 4.1

Description

In 4.1, on Parameters and API account pages, the 'Add something' button is next to the table, rather than with a nice looking space in 4.0 (see screenshot)
Also, the "Search" button in 4.1 on "Search nodes" and "Group" page is not correctly aligned (see screenshot)
