Missing timezone information in API "node details"

Description
We are keeping the node timezone, but that information is not available in node details.

- Assignee set to François ARMAND
- Status changed from In progress to Pending technical review
- Assignee changed from François ARMAND to Vincent MEMBRÉ

This bug has been fixed in Rudder 4.0.4 and 4.1.1 which were released today.
