"Delete <component> #1" button in directive form's text is not centered

Description

The following button appears at the bottom of each "repetition" of a multi-valued component in a directive:

As you can see the button is either too wide, or the text should be centered - it looks ridiculous as is.

This is both in 4.0 and 4.1, but not in 3.1.
