Is there a button somewhere in the Rudder GUI that uploads a file to the shared folder?

Description
When using the "Download a file from the shared folder" technique/directive, I manually uploaded a file into the location after figuring out where the default location was. Is there an upload button somewhere in the GUI that would allow me to upload a file (independent of configuring a directive)?

There is no such button yet.
We however made a button to select a file in a directive.
I thought we already had a user story on this but since we don't I'm converting this issue.

The button exists, and we even have technique resources now.
