Display inventories received with errors in the web interface

Description

Currently, when an invalid inventory is received, it is purely and simply dropped.

This is not enough information for users - they can't tell the difference between a network problem meaning the inventory never arrived in Rudder and the inventory being invalid (either way it should never happen, but still...)

We must display a list of "bad" inventories received, including the date and time, and any of the following data we managed to read in the inventory anyway: UUID, server name or IP

Another thought : maybe we should have an interactive script to include a new server in Rudder, than shows the user in real time that the new server has been included, and if not, why not...
