Description
For now, if the case happens (for example in a new technique), we get:
[2017-05-15 11:56:52] ERROR com.normation.rudder.services.policies.RudderCf3PromisesFileWriterServiceImpl - Writing promises error : java.lang.IllegalArgumentException: cannot have '.' in attribute names
It is useless.
We need to give at least the attribute name and the technique file to help people to understand what is happening.
