Color of popup should be accorded to its meaning

Description

Currently, all of the popups have an orange bandeau, the same orange than the Rudder's menu bar.

It can be pretty confusing for a new user to see appearing an orange pop up following a successful action.

Bandeau color should be accorded to the popup meaning (for example, see attached files).

Is it a very big request to get rid of those popups? One tries to work and create new stuff and has to always click away things that do not require a decision and are only informative.

I could live with a small popup on the top that tells you "Ok we were able to do this" or "Hey that failed!", but always having to interrupt the user's daily workflow because you want to tell him and he is forced to click it away something is disturbing.

We should replace those popup with a notification or sometimes nothing, but this will be done in a next version.

In th meantime we can make small changes in the popup colors.
