Description

A directive with a " in its name cannot be added in a rule

In 4.1, javascript error is:

SyntaxError: missing ) after argument list

in 3.1, we get a "Server cannot be contacted at this time"

This bug has been fixed in Rudder 3.1.22, 4.1.6 and 4.2.0~beta3 which were released today.
