Description

We are not correctly handling escaped quotes or double quotes in Technique Editor.
In https://www.rudder-project.org/redmine/issues/9901, we removed escaping for simple quotes; and more generally, we don't have a clear and defined strategy on how to handle them, an make sure they remain escaped if we escape them, or that they are automatically escaped.
