Description

Install of Rudder 4.2 fails, because
/opt/rudder/etc/rudder-share-acl.conf is not there
/opt/rudder/etc/rudder-share-acl-24.conf is not there either
/opt/rudder/etc/ssl/ca.cert is not there (and it can't be an empty file)

Prevents installation of server with

==> windows42_server:  rudder-server-root

==> windows42_server: :
