Description

When changed the end run format, but the CLI is still waiting for old format
So it complains with

   control       Common                    end                       20170703-165708-f| End execution
error    Rudder agent was interrupted during execution by a fatal error
         Run with -i to see log messages.

Target version changed from 4.2.0~beta2 to 4.1.6

CLI is part of the agent package, so all agents that need to be compatible with 4.2 servers have to be changed. Setting to 4.1, but it may even be 3.1 as we have made no decision about compatibility yet.
