Description
We display something like:
0 components verified in 0 directives
Based on the reports, we should not display it.

- Status changed from In progress to Pending technical review
- Assignee changed from Alexis Mousset to Nicolas CHARLES

- Target version changed from 4.1.8 to 4.1.7
- Status changed from Pending release to Released
This bug has been fixed in Rudder 4.1.7 and 4.2.0~rc1 which were released today.
