[2018-01-10 21:26:02] ERROR report - An error occured when trying to update the cache for compliance <- ERROR: canceling statement due to user request
[2018-01-10 21:26:02] ERROR report - Root exception was:
org.postgresql.util.PSQLException: ERROR: canceling statement due to user request

Look at https://github.com/brettwooldridge/HikariCP/issues/477 for more details

It seems we are using a too old version of JDBC Postgresql, which causes some connection to fail (and impact can be quite catastrophic in this case). We used to stick to old version because of https://github.com/tminglei/slick-pg/issues/220 , but it seems that now version newer than 9.4.1209 are not impacted by this issue
