In 4.3, right after logging in, the dashboard remains empty, with a JS error

Description
In 4.3, I get the following error right after logging in
Échec du chargement pour l’élément <script> dont la source est « https://192.168.41.2/rudder/lift/page/F1377169678785Y5CBFA.js ».
Reloading the page solves the issue
Logging out and logging in again retriggers the issue
apache log says:
