Description
It happens that depending of the king of errors in the technique editor, we can have a "save success" message but actually an error happened. See for ex: #12209 for a case where it happens.
It may happens before 4.2 and need to be checked for. I'm setting to "major" and not "misleading" because the error is totally shallowed to the user, and if he is not an admin able to see the log, he can't do anything and can't know there is an error.
