Description

Layout is a bit broken on 4.3 for API account:
  • Account name and Expiration date content is not vertically centered
  • Table is cut at the bottom
  • We have a pagination area while there nothing here to paginate

This will be fixed in #12202, I'm rejecting this but I'll add this to the parent (they were not all in that issue, but parent issue is "make it all pretty")
