User story #12202: Missing information/bad UX in API authorization UI
Filter out non-standard API token in API token management page

Description
In token management page, we don't want to have User API token nor system API token. We only want to display standard API token.

Actually, we want these API account to be filtered server side.

This bug has been fixed in Rudder 4.3.0~rc2 which was released today.
