Description

Change the technique tests following #12341.
Define a unique Rule displayName per test, depending on technique version, technique name and whatever.
Define unique directives name in the json given to push directives to the tests. Handmade changes for the moment, maybe we should change the way the json is exported to make test and automatically set an appropriate name
based on technique version, technique name and whatever for future tests building.
