Make "rudder agent" capable of configuring the agent
Description
Currently if you install a rudder-agent, you need to set the policy server by echoing the value to a non-existent file.
It would help UX if you could do something like rudder agent set policyserver rudder.host.fqdn.
Additionally if you want to set a custom uuid, it would also help to have a rudder agent set uuid $uuid so it abstracts and removes the need to know what files you have to set it.

I though we already had a ticket for this, but apparently not! This would improve the user experience, especially for a first contact with Rudder, thanks for the idea!

This can be done via packaging ... but only on debian.

The policy server configuration command has been added in 6.1.
I think uuid configuration is not as common as they are generally generated, so closing this ticket for now.
