Description

In https://www.rudder-project.org/redmine/issues/11748 we introduced node lifecycle management, but we forgot to update the node search engine to search nodes in a specific state

More preciselly, we need to be able to search on node state in 3 places:

- in the node list, with a filter
- in the search bar (with a new in:state filter)
- in the node search for groups
