Description
We can remove a lot a now useless code:
- Remove promises.cf and all the services mechanism.
- Add native support for the common and local directories in ncf
- Import parts of rudder_lib
- Update the website to explain how to integrate it into a CFEngine policy (as a library, not a framework)
