Description

Not sure exactly how that works but with ACL enabled, I can't access a plugin API (good). But I don't see way to get the information from the plugin that it has API, and so have them appear in the ACL configuraiton page (not good).

This is likely to introduce a breaking change in module API so that they are force to declare when initialized if (and what) API they add to Rudder.
