Multiple plugin build errors in 4.3

Description
Rudder 4.3 plugins are mostly broken, especially with the breaking change for parent #12830 version (but datasources is already broken for other reasons, and #12834 also leads to problems).
This ticket will try to address these problems. It will lead to version bump in common-plugins, API modification, and a breaking change in plugin compability so that all plugins will only be compatible with Rudder 4.3.3 and up.
