Description

Wrong tag used in metadata.xml to define if a technique should use ncf method reporting or not

We write down ncf technique files with USEMETHODREPORTING but we expect USE_METHOD_REPORTING, which is obviously wrong ...

This is working because we are still using the presence of the csv file in some cases
