Button to enable a technique in Directive Screen is not working, should be a link to the Technique

Description

In Rudder 4.3.6, we introduce a way to show that a Technique is disabled #12829 and it works great in the Directive tree and the directive details

But, if you click on the Technique in the Directive page, the Enable Button in the new notifications does nothing. It should do like the button in the directive details (a Link to the Technique form)
