Description
For now, if we try to install Java 9/10, it force desinstall rudder-jetty (at least on ubuntu).
For rudder 4.3, we need to allows Java 10 at least, which is a long term support version (and perhaps 11, because even if 11 is not yet released, ubuntu numbers are all wrecked and so they have an 11 which is actually a 10...)
