Description
We have consistencies check in Rudder inventory parsing, but they don't correctly check the consistencies of inventories:
Missing tags OPERATINGSYSTEM/FULL_NAME, OPERATINGSYSTEM/KERNEL_NAME, OPERATINGSYSTEM/NAME. At least one of them is mandatory
Actually, only OPERATINGSYSTEM/KERNEL_NAME is mandatory
