Every agent check for postgresql and ldap partition size, resulting in possible overzealous shutting down of Rudder on node

Description
Every node are checking postgresql and ldap disk space, so on a node with a database, we may shutdown Rudder while it's totally normal to have it running
we should check them only if server roles are present
