improve error message when the node cannot get the uuid from the server

Description

During inventory, if node cannot get the uuid of the server, we have simply a "Could not retrieve the UUID of the policy server" message, which is totally not helpful. Most commonly, it's because the node is not in the allowed networkds of the server - we should say that to make people life easier
