Description

On a 5.0-nightly,
in the local doc, when clicking on the "documentation" button in the Rudder top bar, we can not access the changelog page.
When clicking on it, I end up on a "access denied" page.
Changelog may not even been needed in the local doc.

=> the menu entry should not be here!

Still relevant, seems like the archive in https://docs.rudder.io/archives/doc-5.0.tar.gz do not contains the changelogs, so at build time, changelogs are not added to the package.
