Description

This is actually true for all forms where there is not ajax callback on change (only text field for now).

Typically, if you use the arrow on a "number" field, the save button is not enable.

The event is sent "onblur" or when "return" is pressed, which is not at all natural for "number" format input - you just click on up/down arrow, or stay in the input (so no blur)
