Description

during an interactive upgrade, we are offered to update configuration files
if we do that, all is lost: rudder-upgrade cannot work, specific configuration needs to be redone
this is a nightmare - we should be resilient to that (backup before the file and restore them before rudder-upgrade ? or something else ?)
