Default archive retention is too large, which cause very large disk usage

Description

Default value for archiving is 90 days - which is clearly too much
Archived reports are not useful, and cannot be used by interface. If someone wants to keeps reports, they should do their own backup

This bug has been fixed in Rudder 4.1.22, 4.3.12 and 5.0.10 which were released today.
