Description

we are missing an index on uuid (at least)
Adding 

index   uuid eq

in slapd.conf improves dynamic group computation, on large directory, from 2m30 to 1m50

going back to what indexes used to be in Rudder 3.0, we reach 1m30, and it feels faster
