Description

in configuration-repository, when we save a technique we save it in dsc/ncf/50_techniques/technique_name/version/technique_name.ps1 but we should instead save it in techniques/ncf_techniques/technqiue_name/version/technqiue.ps1

This will allow to have every file of a technqiue created in the same directory and allow an easier maintenance of it
