Description

Now that most nodes have certificate, we should change the information displayed in node details Display node key:

- keep PEM
- keep cfengine md5 sum
- add certificate "disgest", also named "fingerprint" (sha1 of the DER encoded version of the certificate, see for ex https://www.openssl.org/docs/manmaster/man1/x509.html: -fingerprint)
