Remove deprecated rudder property configuration options

We have a lot of deprecated properties (at least the git ones from parent ticket) => clean it up in 6.0

rudder.autoArchiveItems is used when an user set up a git replication scheme.
It should be only a sub-case of "that rudder is a replica, you can make changes in it" (like a big "read only configuration" property, which also disable updates in directives/etc).
But the use case need to be clearly specified, because most likely the user will still need to change some things (groups, typically).
So for now, I will let the property in the "deprecated" zone, so that noones appart the very few using git replication change it, and we will address the subject with full commit it versionning/rollout.

This bug has been fixed in Rudder 6.0.0 which was released today.
