Description
In rules page, when on click on the [edit] button of a rule it leads to the compliance tab of that rule. But if you click on the rule name, it leads to the settings tab.
Perhaps linked: if you clone a rule, you get to compliance (settings would be better). Same if you create a rule: you reach compliance, not settings.
