Improve display of parameter name in technique editor

Description

Name of each parameter in the technique editor is displayed directly as a cfengine variable name, lowercase with underscore to separate words which is quite ugly to my eyes and also not very firendly for our users

We shoud capitalize them and replace underscore by spaces to have abetter name for all parameter
