Error about /var/rudder/reports/ready/ on CentOS when migrating from Rudder 5.0 to 6.0

Description
When I migrated a CentOS from Rudder 5.0.16-nightly to 6.0.1nightly, the directory /var/rudder/reports/ready/
was not created and there was error about cfengine not able to "lsdir" it in journald. Creating it by hand solved the issue.

- Status changed from New to In progress
