Description
The file /opt/rudder/share/initial-ncf/10_ncf_internals/README.md come from the rudder-agent in 5.0 and is migrated to rudder-webapp starting 6.0.
We should define a conflict on the rudder-webapop with rudder-agent<<(current version being installed) to avoid apt to unpackage both of them at the same time.
