3 endpoints:

- get /api/settings/authorizedNetworks => get all authorized networks
- get /api/settings/authorizedNetworks/nodeid => get Authorized networks for one policy server
- post /api/settings/authorizedNetworks/nodeid => modify Authorized networks for one policy server
