Description
System tehcniques in 6.0 are dropping the relay+server local syslog logs from rudder (127.0.0.1 since it should be handled by relayd).
But when a relay in 5.0 is managed by a 6.0 server, the relayd service does not exists and so, even in http+syslog mode the relay is unable to send back
its own reports since they are dropped by its syslog conf.
