Description
Plugin for 6.0.x < 6.0.3 are not compatible with webapp >= 6.0.3
Since we do not have yet any way to tell at upgrade time that the previsouly installed plugins are no more compatible, we should disable all the plugins at update for this version.
Hopefully, we can make a workaround for the 6.0.4.
