Description
We must let user know when report is set to HTTPS only (ie: no syslog at all) but there is agents which don't support it. These agents can be either too old (any rudder before 6.0) or they may not have the feature at all (all DSC agent at least until 6.1).
We need to have a test for that, and fail generation when it happens.
