Description

method deleteNodeConfigIdInfo is quite dubious: we are searching for all nodes with report older than a specific that, and update all who have newer reports (but even if it didn't change at all)

worse nothing is ever deleted. it seems that the purge was lost somewhere around the upmerge of https://github.com/Normation/rudder/pull/1481/files
