Add auto reload of welcome page

Description
We need to tell the user what to do after after user creation.
Maybe a "Login" button that would reload the page?
Or the page should have frequent auto-reload like loading page.
- Target version changed from 6.1.0~beta2 to 6.1.0~beta3
- Subject changed from Add a step after user creation in welcome page to Add auto reload of welcome page
There's nothing that can be lost on that page, an autoreload is the surest way to let the user know that something is happening.
